Refund policy
At Candles of Magic, each candle is crafted with care and intention. We hope your purchase brings exactly what it was created to offer. If something isn’t quite right, the following policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unburned
- In the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
To request a return, please contact us at candlesofmagic@ciberglobal.com.au. All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
Because we offer free worldwide shipping, return shipping costs may apply. However, we review each request on a case-by-case basis. In certain situations—such as damaged items, transit issues, or other exceptional circumstances—we may offer a replacement or alternative resolution without requiring the original item to be returned.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Candles that have been used or burned
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, unburned, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
