Made-to-Order Creations
All Candles of Magic products are made to order and produced on demand by our trusted third-party manufacturing partner. Each candle is created specifically for your order, which means we do not operate a traditional returns system.
That said, we take concerns seriously and review each case with care and fairness.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, and ideally within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:
- A replacement candle, or
- A full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances
In most cases, items do not need to be returned.
Non-returnable situations
Because our candles are produced on demand, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect scent, size, or design selection
- Natural variations in colour, finish, or texture
- Damage caused after delivery
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
Our intention
This policy allows us to resolve issues thoughtfully while avoiding unnecessary waste and shipping. Thank you for supporting slow, intentional, made-to-order creations.
